“I have lived my life in chapters and have had many opportunities to relocate and recreate a welcoming space on a tight budget for myself. ” Gale’s passion is to create beautiful and functional interiors by helping her clients uncover the hidden potential of their home. Her goal is to design a space that is beautiful, comfortable, and functional for the whole family. Gale is especially interested in helping families downsize or blending two households together. In both of these cases, organization is the key. Gale has been trained by the best, the nationally known redesign expert Barbara Bain of Jacksonville FL. Gale is an active member of Interior Redesign Industry Specialist (I.R.I.S.)

'Do what you love and love what you do.' After working in law for twenty-plus years as an administrative assistant, Jan decided that a change was in order. Having met a wonderful guy, it was decided that she and her dog would move from East Tennessee to South Alabama. Being interested in home interiors and the concept of having a pleasing space to come home to at the end of the day, Jan, with the encouragement of friends and family, along with her business partner, Gale, opened their business, ROOM REDESIGN, in order to capitalize on their love of redesigning spaces for that purpose.
For years Jan has been offering room redesign advice to her friends and family, along with custom designed floral arrangments, and she has taken this opportunity to offer her assistance to others as a full-time career. It gives her pleasure in taking the things her clients already own and using them in new and creative ways. She is an active member in I.R.I.S. and is certified in both Interior Redesign and Interior Staging.
